V&A partnership for 2018 exhibition

V &A COLLABORATION

We are absolutely delighted to let you know about a terrific new collaboration with the wonderful V&A Museum. We really hope that this will be a great source of inspiration for all of us.

Our theme this year is ‘feelings’ so we thought we'd use this exquisite little netsuke of a laughing man from the museum's collection as a starting point. Do please take a look at this and the other objects they have made available for us. We hope that you will find something a little bit different to bring to your class.

Click here for the V&A resource to inspire teachers and pupils. All the artefacts they have chosen are on display at the museum – why not organise a visit to the museum with your class? Please liaise with the Education Dept (schools@vam.ac.uk) or visit their website. To book a visit, either call 0207 942 2000 or email bookings.office@vam.ac.uk. These resources are available to all our entrants, from Reception to Year 13.

In addition the V&A are very generously donating the 1st prize in the year 4-6 Category. The prizewinner's whole class will receive a special workshop held at the V&A.
